FAQ's

This is a list of things to consider/know about the products for sale and this website as a whole. Please feel free to reach out via email ( tikimugsforsale@gmail.com ) with any additional questions.

- ALL SALES ARE FINAL, there are no returns or refunds. If a product is lost or damaged in transit refunds will be issued upon filing a loss/damage claim with the carrier.

- PICTURES are of each individual mug. No stock or repeat photos were used. The mug you see in a listing is the exact mug you will receive.

- SHIPPING will be charged for each item purchased as they are all packaged individually and will be shipped that way. There is no combined shipping option or discount.

- SHIPPING your purchase will be very quick on our side. All mugs have been packed and are ready for shipping labels to go out right away. After orders are dropped off at the various carriers, shipping times are out of our control. Please refer to your tracking # for shipping updates and arrival times. Unfortunately we don't offer any expedited or guaranteed shipping times.

- CARE / WASHING hand wash with warm soapy water is recommended for all products sold on this website. All drinking vessels are food safe to the best of my knowledge unless otherwise stated in the title and or description.
